From the last few months I have been hearing a lot of offers and discounts on different occasions, I have bought a plot in TGS Gowri near electronic city and I want to know the current status of this project like how many plots are sold out and when they are going to give us possession?
ReplyDeleteTGS Layouts are ruling real estate market of Bangalore as a land developer because of its affordable price which no other developers are dare to sell their plots. I have came across with all their location and their respective price for the plot and can't stop myself opening my mouth after knowing the price. When people are getting all amenities with such less price than why they will go for other developers after all customers are paying for land not for the developers name and fame.

ReplyDeleteThis three year old company has showed the true value of land in Bangalore, unlike other developers who charge high profit margins TGS Layout's Land and plots are very well priced for their buyers. The price of lands in Electronic City and Devenahalli are very high and untouchable for mid income buyers while TGS came with a pre launched projects with such price that anyone can at least think to buy a plot here.
ReplyDeleteIt may be just three year old company but looking to the fall of customer in to their office it is unbelievable they have such huge interested customers in Bangalore. I have visited their office on a Sunday and the office was full of customers. I found few of them getting congratulate from their employees by flowers and sweets for their booking. The company reputation is really good in the market thats why they are able to get such huge customers.
